Is this really a Barlow?

I'm waiting to see what the Northfield mystery bone is going to look like. The Sawcut bone with bullet shield wouldn't be too shabby either. Let us know what the pull/W&T are like when you get it. Edit: and it's not technically an American Barlow. More of a standard Jack with a slightly elongated bolster. Although some English "Barlows" are similar

With that length bolster it is definitely in Barlow territory but I would call it a jack knife.

78 is my favorite pattern from gec, among many greats they do, this one is so damn good

These look great and will be insanely popular op, definitely a cross between a Barlow and jack knife like you said tho.

GEC calls them bullet end Barlow. That is actually the next knife they are going to be dropping, so you could try to get one on a drop, might be cheaper than eBay.

I wouldn't consider this a Barlow, but then again I'm not designing and manufacturing hundreds or thousands of knives a year that sell out within seconds.
