I am attempting to do a HOH Skillbridge. My HOH gave me an original deadline of COC approval NLT 2 weeks before the start date. I got an email today saying she now needs approval on Monday and I haven’t heard anything back from my chain besides my pl and co saying it should get approved. I’ve already made moving arrangements and cut my lease, after being assured by my Coc that it would get approved, all of this is very stressful. Any lower enlisted on the Army side have any advice on tracking the progress, I need approval from BC and Brigade commander.
Update I got her to give me till next Friday I have no idea how I am going to get approved that fast if anyone has suggestions please give me them
I'm did the HoH offcycle cohort with the resume release on a Monday. I turned in my coc approval the day before resume release and there have been zero issues. (With HoH not my chain of command they sat on it for over a month). Squeaky wheel gets the grease, so hit up s1 and figure out where it is. Also if you did ipps-a for the admin leave check that status. Hit up the people that it is waiting on. I spent 20+ years being told, nobody cares about your career more than you. Well buddy nobody cares about your transition at all, so you need to care. If you're in the army find out if they put in through ipps-a or etms2, then get someone to pull the status if you cannot.
