Hello, I’m going to Paris soon from nyc. I want to buy some things from Sezane since their clothes are so beautiful. I’m wondering if I should wait to buy them when I’m in France, just in case it’s cheaper there than in the US. Does anyone know? Thanks!

It is in euros though which are worth slightly more than dollars. 125 eur is like 133 usd, so still savings! Did you get the VAT refund when you left?
How do you do that?
Not all stores do it, but it’s called different things different places. Global Blue is one of them. Basically when you purchase, you tell the store you want to do the VAT refund, and they’ll seal up the bag and give you a special receipt. You can’t open the bags until after you go home and it must be carry on. At the airport they have VAT refund counters, and you show them the receipts and the goods, and they will process a refund to you on your CC for the VAT amount. To do this you need to be a tourist residing outside the EU.
Very cool. Thank you for explaining!
