Doesn’t surprise me TX, we ship lots of oysters to TX.
If you ever make it to the PNW let me know. I’ve got as many oysters you can shuck/eat right on our beach(es). The real NW Tide to Table experience.
BTW local record here is 20dz or 240 oysters in just under 4 mins. He could eat more, but doesn’t like to be rushed. I saw him eat 25 dz once and empty a keg. Total old school, fishing waterman. We call him, Chowder.
