I always struggle to pick between Where Are You, Scooby Doo Show and Mystery Incorporated. They're like the holy trinity of Doo shows with each one of them being perfect for different reasons.
Gun to my head though, I'd have to choose Mystery Inc solely because it was the first show me and my now wife watched together from start to finish. So many happy memories.
The original 60's cartoon, the early 00's What's new, Scooby Doo is easily my fave, but a Scooby cartoon that doesn't get that much recognition is Scooby Doo, get a clue, loved that one.

Mystery Incorporated was an incredible show that actually had an over-arcing plot in scooby doo, which I believe is rather uncommon to the degree the show had.
What's new, scooby doo was my childhood and an amazing one at that. Plus that theme song, oh! I'm nodding my head just thinking about it.
And the original is just the OG, you cannot deny that it's one of the best. This is what started everything and it's no wonder scooby doo is such an amazing franchise now with how good the original show was.
Where Are You and Pup are tied for me. Both are two of my favorite comfort shows and really put me in a good, nostalgic place when I watch. :)
