Being 19, a new fan, going to shows in Burlington>Boston>NYC. The bass for the opening DJ set pulsating through me, surrounded by the hottest guys😂 and amazing fans-- beautiful dreads, friendly smiles, all love. Murph would talk to us, my love for him knowing no bounds. The floral arrangements, the crystals, the live painting. My heart would beat out of my chest and expanded spiritually, sometimes reaching out of this world proportion. I knew I was right where I needed to be and never felt so free and grounded at the same time. You don't even realize the transformative nights for what they are until they're long gone. Trying to accept all the new and change and live in the moment, but sometimes I'll listen to 2004 set and just love it so much it hurts💕
I’m doing a mass mix of all his work and I know STS9 fans have a huge catalog of all their shows. He was on tour with them mainly in 2008 but I believe was 2006-2008. Anything would be appreciated! Links below are “Late for Work” and him live in Charleston in 2006. Peace!
Soul slap Searchlight Walk the sky Ramone and emiglio Think I’m forgetting one here Scheme 1103 Be pulse
This is just what I remember off the top I could be missing another.
Just started getting in to these guys, a REALLY GOOD friend of mine suggested them to me. What is the best way to find and download their music? I'm honestly not to date on spotify or anything like that. so if it's as simple as spotify let me know lol
if it is and you know it is and you aren’t supposed to say anything then you can dm me and it can just be a lil secret 🤐
This could be really stupid question but looks like tickets for the Charleston show go on sale tomorrow at 10am for Bandcamp subscribers.
Just downloaded and set up Bandcamp but how do I access pre sale tickets through it?
Hey everyone!
So I started seeing sts9 in 2004 and they were my favorite shows ever but then I moved to SD (where they hardly play) and getting pregnant with twins meant I pretty much fell off the grid.
My kids are 11.5 and I want to take them to their first show at Red Rocks this summer (all ages). Has anyone ever done the drive from SD to Red Rocks and if so, what was your itinerary. STS9 at Red Rocks is on my bucket list, but I've never been. Plan is to stay in Airbnb in Denver and drive to the venue. I don't know what kind of stamina my kids will have?
Any other insights from people who have done this trip or have taken tweens to STS9 appreciated 🙏🏼
Is anyone looking for the conscious alliance posters from the CO run last year? I have them still in a tube
What is 'Modular' on all the STS9 recorded sets? My guess is that its a unique jam but I've never been too sure, hoping the tribe can fill me in
