Elektra needs another buff. As we all know shes a level 50 mobility kit and shes not useful at all even with the resented buff shes still really bad. Gloops are now 35 iron and people still complain about elektra its nor the kit its the players and st this poinr there complaining abour nothing but there problems.
Buffs:
🟢 elektra now has a 9 secs and when dash into player its 4.5
🔧fixed elektras animation and makes it to normal jump and not yuzi dash
The reason why this is fair is so elektra is good for something (her mobility) and can at least outrun the opponent if they dont have gloops whitch they should because there 35 iron and her own animation because the one she has rn is laggy and it's not a full 6 blocks irs like 5
-Noelle
Noelle is a very overpowering support kit even replaced kits like amy and lani. Shes a level 45 bp kit and is even better then her level 50 bp kit. Her only counter is static or outgreaing even if you purhear her or the player with heal-damage or heal-slow they still can kill rhe player or players there pvping.
Nerfs:
🔴 noelle heal slime now heals 13%
Heal slime now cost 5 emeralds
This is very fair so nobody can have heal slime early game people dont get damage slime till mid game and slow slime till early mid game or theyll get slow and heal usualwhen they do have 5 ems
-shiela
Shiela is a limited addition fighting kit shes very overpowering with kits like noelle baker nokya amy whisper ect. Any healing support kit or other fighting kits. She has a seahores the more kills the more damage and healing they get and the seahorse shiela needs 2 kills till 1st seahirse and 5 kills for t2 seahorse she can easily 4v1 with t3 seahorse.
Nerfs:
🟠shiela tier 3 seahorse now you need 2000 eggs
tier 2 seahore you now need 550 eggs
healing is decreased heavily and damage is slightly lower on the tier 3 seahores.
Beam 8->10 seconds
The reason why i think this is dair is because kits like Caitlyn and even aery canr even beat her because of her constant healing and damaging

Static is a enchant thats been with us sence forever.kits with the affect that sratic gives should have 5 seconds instead of the full 9 seconds this should be fair because they dont have the static themselves and its like 2 enchants instead of 1
