Mention one good aspect about him
Not when I'm playing lol.
I've killed my horse too many times jumping off cliffs and running into people 😂
His heckles at the theater shows are funny as shit.
"QUIT SINGIN ABOUT GEOGRAPHY"
I’ve never heard that 💀
Ive never heard this, and I want to lol
It's during the "Saint Denis" song that plays when you go to the theater during a mission. Not sure if you can get that particular performance outside of the mission.
I always heckle the whole time during shows, so I've probably heard all of them haha
Even though he has murdered hundreds, he still gets shy when talking to his crush and thats cutie patootie behavior
He's loyal to a fault.
🎵🎵May IIIIIIIIIII Stand Unshaken🎵🎵
🎵Amid, amidst a crashing world🎵
HE BROKE THE GODDAMN WHEEL🔥🗣
If you got stuck on the trail with him, provided he wasn't looking to rob or steal from you, you'd probably survive, as he's quite the survivalist himself.

Does anyone else really like these illustrations but think the AM one is so ambiguous?
Like I know we all style our Arthurs as we choose 😂 but the face to me could be any of those rando gang members that ride into town for a mission

TO THE BAR SEÑOR 🗣🔥🔥
He is a good man arthur
He wasn't a racist, which wasn't exactly common at that time.
He wasnt just not a racist. By today's standard he would legit be considered woke :'D
Greets every inhabitant of the south portion of the eastern coast
He can suit a beard and clean shaven eaily
He’s a woman magnet. (I’m proof.)
He's a lil cutie patootie
Cooks a mean Thyme Big Game steak
Even when he doesn't know the words, he'll join a sing-a-long.
An incredibly progressive outlook for such a person at that time.
Loyal friend, funny, strong, self aware, not racist, good to horses, respects women, good looking..
he was a good protector of the gang, and a good father figure to jack when he needed it. he was a good man that did bad things.
he is loyal at every point he was beside his crew and never expected much in return no matter how much he hated Micah he put up with him
A damn good man
Far from it. Like, very far.
I would make the argument being a terrible man and then gaining insight and wisdom as you learn life lessons then becoming a good man after is a much greater accomplishment then having always been good. Such is the thing redemption is made out of.
Like literally not even a good man
Like one of the worst kind of human society ever produced.
Never giving them a second chance is also bad part of the society, I'm pretty sure Arthur would have made a damn fine law enforcer if he was giving the chance and if he was not "used" to hunt down his old gang...
OH WAIT A MINUTE JOHN YOU SON OF A GUN !

He hates slavers!
Extremely loyal to his gang and ones he cares about. Also unintentionally wholesome and hilarious.
Error! Too Many Good Aspects In One Comment! Error!
He was raped in the bayou but he still remained unshaken
Mention one bad
He kills people.
His whole fucking life is bad. Arthur Morgan IS NOT a good person, and will NEVER be one. We are playing a vilain by the standard of society in any shape or form. Valentine slaughter, Strawberry slaughter, punching people in the many trains he stole from, Saint Denis heists killing so many father and husband.
The only "good" thing in him is that when is life was close to an end, he gave his best to help people around him in which he saw himself :
Jack, Abigail and John -> Remembers him of the family he never really got, and Jack remembers him of Isaac for sure.
The lady which husband is Arthur the miner -> Arthur the protagonist saw the little boy being scared and remembers that He lost Isaac and his mother over TEN bucks.
The Widow at the north -> Surely sees the mother of Isaac in her. Arthur never teach his own son mother how to defend herself and that had her kill. If she add a rifle and knew how to use it, pretty sure she could have kill the two bandits.
The bandits who killed his son and his mother -> They are litteraly him. Killing people over a few bucks. Arthur finally sees himself as the vilain he is, without telling it "for the form", no. He UNDERSTANDS he is a bad guy.
Helping the Dawnes family -> Trying to make amend (even though he doesn't want to be thanks for it) for his sins toward their family.
Stop simping over Arthur. He is a bad guy, he is a vilain, even in high honour he is, by modern standards, some of the worst humanity can produce, and is only out eviled by Colm O'Driscoll, Micah Bell, Dutch Van Der Linde and Angello Bronte.
I do agree with you, Arthur is not a good man at all and he himself always says this.
Why do you think Arthur and John always tell people they aren't good men and always make sure to correct people when they say their good? John notoriously always makes sure to correct people's opinion on him in rdr1, he never forgives himself or downplays the pain he has inflicted in his past. He simply wants to live his life in peace as much as he can, he himself says that he's pulled his trigger too many times, and he's gotten tired of it. His "redemption" is him sacrificing himself to try and give his wife and son a better life, Arthur's "redemption" is trying to help the ones closest to him before his passing.
Neither men are good, and they never say they are good or changed men. Quite the opposite, they both always refer to themselves as bad men.
And that's a pretty big part in a redemption. Acceptance of ones sins.
I love how people don’t realise characters aren’t black and white lol.
Is that what I am saying ?
No. Honour level is here to represent to Arthur is a better human being than Micah. And the list of people Arthur is helping and the reason why he does (mostly) is exactly here to prevent people like you going full on simping again.
Yes, Arthur is not mostly black, but he is far from being a good man.
Dude I don’t simp for arthur.
The honour level isn’t a morality level, it’s to measure the honour of him. Not if he’s a good man. It’s got nothing to do with Micah.
Anyway ok, i'm not even sure you understand what I am writting
Treats his horses well
