I'm assuming you're a fresh grad or a student looking for an internship...?
If so:
- keep it to one page.
- remove objectives. You don't need that and recruiters don't read it.
- Add organizations in school if you have one that shows you have a cause (Habitat for Humanity, GK, etc)
- If IT: What are the tech tools that you're proficient in
- Also include some soft skills: presentation, communication etc.
"IT Developer" - at this point, I'd probably stop reading if this was an actual CV of someone applying
