It's probably a stupid question, but this drives me up the wall.
My "old" workout clothes are too big now (yay me!). The problem is, I got them only 6 months ago and have worn them maybe twice. And they were expensive (nay me...). Not Lululemon expensive, but enough to be kinda painful.
Has anyone ever taken nylon/spandex/synthetic workout clothes to a tailor? I've paid 15-20 bucks for similar alterations in the past and I could live with that. But I'm afraid I'll be laughed out of the shop, because it seems like such a silly request.
Personally, I’d probably try to sell the too big clothes and buy yourself something you know will fit versus paying for alterations. Spin it as you deserve/need something new to celebrate your success.
