Freedom Mobile has increased my $15 bill by $5 despite their "price freeze promise" and decided to charge me an extra $15 for 105 minutes of phone calls (including same carrier calls) made across the GTA. I've checked my call records and I can't identify the additional 100 minutes of calls that are supposed to have been made and their support tells me there's no way for them to verify or trace those calls but that if their system is charging me, it means I made them 🤡
My bill is now $40+ instead of $17 with tax, and I want a new carrier because I think I can do better than the ~$40/month this plan has cost over the last two months.
Who's got the best no commitment plans? I have my own phone. I've been with Freedom since 2015, so I'm not up to speed on who's got the best plans.
