Here's the actual video behind the photo. The phatwari is trying to misconstrue what the meet up was about. Imran Khan wanted to promote Pakistan through the Youtubers hence why he invited them. He did not pay them to promote PTI.
I think there is a difference between spreading propaganda/lies to make one look good and spreading awareness.
