Looking to do a 2 day (carrying a tent) walk somewhere in the highlands
Not planning on driving, so being able to start near a train station is a must
Looking for something super scenic, not necessarily easy.
Glen Nevis to Corrour is some of the wettest ground in Scotland. May be miles trudging though bog.

Walkhighlands unfortunately has very few overnight walks. You could use it to link up a couple though I guess.
I'm not sure what part of the site you're looking at but try the long distance walks section if you haven't already
The long-distance ones are all much longer than one-nighters. But again, you could do sections.
Depends how much time you have to get there really, do you need the train station to be direct from London, or could you go to Inverness and then take the train out to Kyle Of Lochalsh and do a two day route from almost any stop there (even towards Torridon)

West highlights around falls of cruachan/bridge of orchy (so all of loch lomond as well)
Several stations on the highland line up to Inverness, even potentially a through route from Dalwhinnie to Kingussie/Aviemore. If you had an extra day, a route from Blair Atholl through to Aviemore could be a great trip through the cairngorms but would likely need two nights due to the distance.
Adding an extra hour, to have a 5 hour train from Edinburgh you can get up to Achnashellach and then easily do a couple of days around the Coulin Forest and Torridon (could even walk through and stay in Torridon if you didn't want to camp)
plenty from Aviemore, for example, one I'm doing next week is Glen Feshie for one night, hopefully somewhere near Lairig Ghru the next and back to aviemore the third morning
I've always quite fancied bridge of orchy to Taynuilt Station via Loch dochard.
Would be pretty remote.
We did the Ben Cruachan to Stob Diamh ridge walk over two days which starts and ends at Falls of Cruachan train station. There are few wild camping spots if you are starting on the Ben Cruachan side but there is a lot better camping spots from the Stob Diamh side.
3 Lochs Way
Lots of options as you could imagine.
A good one I’ve done is a round of Loch Ossian from Corrour station, including the three Munros. I camped on the Beinn na Lap, but really any of the three are campable.
Alternatively you could do Ben Alder from Dalwhinnie. The walk to its base takes a few hours so including the hill could easily be a two-dayer, with loads of camping options.
A thru-route option would be walking from Fort William to Corrour station through Glen Nevis and east, stopping at either Meanach or Staoineag bothies for the night. Would save you carrying a tent (though for bothies it is a good idea as a backup).
