Rock Lee is the most nerfed character in Naruto. Initially, he showed incredible potential, especially in his fight against Gaara. However, post-time skip, his role significantly diminished. Despite his unique taijutsu skills, he had few notable moments later on. He went from a promising underdog to a sidelined character.
