Michigan has 100-plus new public EV chargers. Here’s where to find them.
NewsI’m surprised there’s a few in the UP.
Definitely too few for me to ever consider an EV though.
Definitely too few for me to ever consider an EV though.
I often wonder if people are just confident in their ignorance, or if they actually know enough about their behavior and EV charging infrastructure to form a proper opinion.
I want look at the Google Maps timelines of the "Oh, I could never get an EV." And before someone starts screaming "apartments, no garage, I haul my boat 100 miles fifty times every year..." not talking about that.
But if your driving looks anything like this (green square 99% of miles) and you have a plug (even just a 110v) next to where you park, switching to an EV is trivial.
But I feel like the "what about muh roadtrips" lacks critical information and understanding.
Yeah, and look, the map shows there's no chargers in Wisconsin or Canada. Too few for me to ever consider an EV. /s
