hello, i’m an incoming first year medtech student. i need some tips and advice on how to get good grades bcs i’m aiming for a higher gwa for a reason.

feu medtech grad here! medyo scary yung reviews about the department (and rightfully so) pero survivable naman.
surround yourself with friends na nag-aaral talaga, i got lucky with mine na kagroup ko pa sa thesis and we got published
may maintaining QPA kaya for the first two years, ginalingan ko sa GEDs since pang bawi talaga (based on experience, halos D yung anaphy ko nung first year pero A lahat ng minors)
3.WRP, maraming naging irreg sa amin dahil lang sa wrp so tapusin mo na agad sa start ng semester para wala ka na problema during finals season
dont take failing quizzes to heart, halos lahat ng kilala ko may binagsak na quiz or exam (ako nga 3/50 sa moving exam) and thats okay, pag nasa gitna ka na ng sem wala ka nang time para magluksa sa mga scores kaya try to learn to accept it and do better
profs matter pero as someone na walang clue about sa professors, its mostly luck, yung iba super considerate and mabait while yung iba halos di magturo + board exam levels yung tanungan pero whether you pass or not is up to you, need mo parin naman aralin yung materials either way
enjoy! masaya sa feu, maganda yung community and very calming yung enviroment kahit stressful yung course. yes mahalagang mag-aral pero dont forget to enjoy your university days, attend events, and isipin mo nalang yung ganda ng campus yung pangpalubagloob mo kapag stressed ka na. goodluck!
