Yeah to me “all” could mean abortion until the day of birth which i wholeheartedly don’t agree with. This would definitely need more clarification.
But it still shows huge to overwhelming support in almost every state. So clearly the anti-abortion crowd are minority activists who have successfully pushed their agenda to the highest courts in the nation.
