Romand's Juicy Lip Tints. Yesstyle has a lot of photo reviews and YouTube has multiple lip swatch videos.

Any of the Etude House lip stains. I use the Dear Darling one specifically. I’m also very pale, but especially if you just dab it on, they can come out very natural looking. Or you can build them up!

I have a Beauty Evolved Beauty Gloss in 02 Red I've been loving recently. The particular shade of red gives Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad vibes

The Morphe Soulmatte, Peripera ones, and 3CE are my favorites!

Wonderskin lip stain has many options- I have the shade Sweetheart and Beautiful.  I don't have a pic but I have a neutral fair skin tone. 

Elf glossy lipstain is the only one I've used and is pretty good, unfortunately had to remove the stopper after a few weeks of use to get any more product out :(
