Kaylor & Aaron are giving me major Curtis & Amy vibes from LIUK S5. They “seemed” like the strongest couple and most locked in. The girl was head over heels in love (?), and the boy seemed the sweetest. But then Casa comes and we’re not quite sure. Do you all think this will end the same way Curtis and Amy did or what are some predictions based on what we’ve seen so far?

If it does end up a Curtis and Amy arc though I don’t think that Aaron will make it to the finale and I don’t think Kaylor and Aaron will end on friendship terms (at least I hope not he doesn’t deserve it).
If he goes back to her I hope Kaylor leaves Aaron, Sydney and Isaiah made it outside the villa but he inevitably cheated on her and I’m 100% sure Aaron would do the same.
She doesn't even know where his country is! Nothing is happening with these two after the Villa! LOL
Sydney and Isaiah actually stayed together for like a year after the show, which is about as successful as most Love Island relationships can get. I don’t see the same for Aaron and Kaylor

They have definitely been giving me Amy and Curtis vibes, down to Aaron having trouble even saying he loves things about Kaylor to saying he loves Daniela repeatedly - compare this to Curtis never complimenting Amy outside of "talented young lady" while praising the beauty of other women.
Agreed!!! He gives me so much of Curtis. they both gave their partners such false security and then when doing wrong made it seem like it shouldn’t matter. Like they weren’t selling a dream

yes except Aaron is doing kaylor so dirty - Curtis didn't kiss Jordann outside of a challenge and his whole thing was saying it made him realize something was missing w Amy (still bad) but Aaron's behavior is diabolical. I mean Amy left after this shit happened!! I hope kaylor grows a backbone and gets to know a casa guy after she sees the video

Why was what Curtis did bad in your opinion?
I think because he was calling amy his "half girlfriend" and really hyping things up that if he wasn't entirely sure on it he should have just said he liked her. I do think it was good he was honest with her after he came back but I think the lead up to the moment made it worse.
Got it. Yeah I genuinely wanted to know someone else’s perspective. I liked Curtis that season. I thought him and Amy were cool but eventually he wasn’t feeling it anymore. I wasn’t mad at him for that. She got hurt but I think he did he broke it off in a respectful way.
Him and Amy coupled up early and acted like the perfect couple calling her his half girlfriend. And Curtis especially was really trying to make them seem like the perfect LI couple.But before Casa they got voted low and people saw how he switched up when he got to Casa. He was actually fairly respectful in Casa but that was mainly because the girl he wanted didn't like him back. But what made it worse was him never being able to really compliment her. Plus when she wanted to spend time with him his excuse was he needed to make coffee for everybody.

I’ve seen Curtis on other reality shows, and I still root for his demise (hyperbole) after what he did to Amy.

I feel so seen here because Season 5 was my first season (WILD) and I immediately thought of Curtis while watching Aaron this season.
Is season 3 worth watching and if so, does anyone know where we can watch it? I know uk and Australia are on Hulu but only seasons 4-6 of us are on peacock.
The earlier US seasons are also on Hulu but honestly? I feel like you won’t be missing much if you don’t see US S3. It had two of the most unremarkable winners in the entire franchise - I only remember who they were because I re-watched recently, and I seriously don’t remember anything else about that season.
Even tho Aaron is 5xs worse than Curtis i think it’s the sweet boy next door/love boy act they both had, that completely got the need around that makes me view them so similarly. Kaylor and Amy tho poor gals
