Portsmouth 0 - 3 Leyton Orient: The week goes from bad to worse for Pompey, who face their second damaging loss in the last eight days to put their top spot in huge danger; but all credit should go to Orient, who took their chances brilliantly to earn a huge win!
PortsmouthIt absolutely is. Every fucking year.
The worst part is that we know it’s coming, it always happens, and they still somehow manage to find new ways to sucker us in and give us that bit of hope, so when it happens it still hurts.
This fucking league.
See you next August, lads. I’m switching off until then
I made the stupid decision to buy the ifollow video subscription this year, not sure what's worse flushing that money down the drain or watching us try and play football lol.
At least we've got enough points to avoid relegation I suppose.
Who saw that coming??? 4 games (+80 mins against Bolton) without conceding now, I'm feeling so much more confident.
Only question I have is why we were only allowed 1200 in the away end. Per EFL regulations the minimum should be 2000 - now obviously when small teams aren't going to use all of it home fans can sell more tickets but we might've been able to bring a few hundred more today.
I assume Pompey asked us and we said they could sell the spares but would be very disappointed in Portsmouth if they didn't go through the proper channels
We’ve had construction work going in the Milton End for the last few months so it has been at reduced capacity. Not sure if that’s still the case, but it could be why the away allocation was a bit lower.
Don’t worry though, if that is it then it’ll all be sorted by the time we play you again next season.
Yeah I'm sure it's nothing, noticed the empty corners on the broadcast, just thought it was curious.
I Cba man this league
Orient were by far the better team, pressed well and played some nice football.
Still abysmal stuff from us in the first half, poor defending for the first goal (albeit well worked by Orient) and two from corners.
Think Mous got it wrong tactically, overrun in the middle and Saydee/Bishop were well dealt with.
Get in! What a turnaround from only a short time ago
we have some good momentum going
It's the hope that kills you
We were lucky to get the nil
We're sneaking up
Went today we (Portsmouth) were terrible didn’t press high up unsure of what to do when we had the ball, bishop was isolated upfront and saydee was well off the pace
Worst yanks in the coast. Should protest like Reading. League 1 forever you pricks. Rather watch paint dry
mate you are genuinely such pond life, its bad enough reading your ramblings on our subreddit.
Comparing us to reading is fucking moronic and the owners have improved the stadium, academy, training grounds, whilst being financially responsible and we're still competing for promotion.
Are you actually a southampton fan trying to portray us pompey fans in the worst way? that would make so much more sense than the shit you post, the stuff you post are things id expect to be in the diary of a serial killer or written on a prison wall in shit. Just utter nonsense.
This is so Portsmouth
