I am kicking myself for waiting this long. Last year I had an amazing stay at castello di spaltenna in the Chianti region. This year I am going back with the whole family. Finally decided it was worth it to splurge on a nice resort, but now the rooms are booked out.
Can anyone here recommend a place in the country side with the “5-star experience” that may have availability towards the end of June?
