Hey everyone, I have been lurking awhile and I'm ready to start actually getting into IFS therapy myself.
I'm looking for book recommendations that have worked the best for you guys, preferably anything that utilizes Jungian analysis, if such a book exists.
Thanks in advance 🫶
"No Bad Parts", "You are the one youve been waiting for", and probably anything else by Richard Schwartz.
Ultimately I think the most helpful thing for me was to see how the therapy sessions actually go in person. There are a lot of really great youtube videos that show how a live session with trained IFS therapists go.
Guided IFS meditations on youtube have been helpful for solo work.
I'll leave the Jungian piece to someone else better versed in Psychology.
