So I had a double batch today and both customers substituted more expensive items yet my tipped was reduced due to order total. Instacart support is useless. That’s not fair, anyone else experience this. Anything that can be done ?

any mention in the post delivery screen on change made after delivery?
only thing I can think of would be both customers reduced % tip to accommodate for a more expensive replacement.
I do not think this is quite likely.. one of the two maybe, both.. I doubt it.
