2 ducks in a single world cup is a disaster. Only 2 double digit score in 6 innings should mean straight retirement. You cant keep giving excuse that he is not playing at his usual position.

Team is not going to change coz inspite of openers not doing well in previous matches we were still winning coz others are firing which is a great thing. I am just imagining when Kohli also fires in the knockout. But that’s just the fan in me talking. Kohli plays with his form and momentum he carries, which has been subpar this tournament.

While I understand the argument that Kohli is our best T20 player and that he's coming off an amazing IPL, his performances don't even inspire enough confidence to persist with him. He seems short on confidence and unsure of the approach to take to games.

Ultra aggressive against Ireland and Pakistan, searching for the ball against the USA and played himself into a hole against Afg and failed to execute a big shot. His innings against Bangladesh didn't inspire too much confidence either.

Rohit is clearly playing acording to the pitch and the balls being bowled, while Kohli seems to be playing shots based on how confident he feels and his individual score.

Imo make a statement and play Jaiswal in the semis. You can't die wondering and this is what we've done numerous times. For once make the bold decision after years and years of playing it safe.
