Picked up this Skyflake a few weeks ago at a GS boutique. Absolutely in love with it, but I’m hoping to feminise it a bit. Any specific materials, colours, or bands that you all would recommend? Thank you!
I've got a burgundy faux Croc leather that would give this some interesting contrast... Barton Bands I believe, comfy but not crazy expensive.
Yes it sounds like an odd combo, but I bet it would work.
I got a strap from an awesome Etsy seller called Seventhcreation for my Shunbun. They make each order custom, so you can really get what you want. Here's a pic of what I got.
Maybe something like this would be nice for your skyflake (I know the description says it's for a Moonswatch, but I talked to the seller over whatsapp before making my order and he guided me through the process of getting what I wanted, and it seems like he can kind of do whatever colors and materials you want).

I would think suede, ostrich or stingray would tone it to less masculine. In my opinion, a well suited complementary strap such as something peach or coral would soften the blue “masculinity” of the watch.
TBH, I just love playing with colors, and wear Shunbun on a lilac strap, and my Hanami on a lighter pink strap. You can check them out in my profile. I don’t really consider it masculine or feminine though.
