I agree, except you missed the word for the second "Due to". I read

Angina (as has been written by someone else)
Other conditions: reads to me as "Heart Angina" again
The Angina written by someone else is a clarification of Other Conditions.

An earlier list of Causes of Deaths list the code 094-b as ‘Angina pectoris without mention of coronary disease’… which makes way more sense. I must have been looking at a newer list.
Are you sure it's 094-2? I don't know what those codes mean, but it looks more like 694-2 to me
