With all these restaurants closing I hope some of some other businesses take these closed locations. Here are some places I think would do well in Fremont and that we need :

.Sprouts - I wish they came back. The location they were at always is notorious for hiking up the lease and businesses leaving. Newark is the closest one but is a far drive.

.Jersey Mikes - Closest one is in Pleasanton. I know we just got Ike's but Ike's menu here doesn't serve pork. I feel like if you are going to pay $15 for a sandwich you should get the full menu. Jersey Mikes is the best sub compared to Ikes/Subway/Firehouse.

.Texas Roadhouse - The UC one is always packed. I always want to eat there but I don't want to wait an hour or more. I haven't gone there in several years for this reason.

.Buffet - something like Sweet Tomatoes or even one of those Asian buffets would be nice to have.

.Good Chinese Restaurant - I don't know if we have a good one in town. If you remember the old China Chef that was my go to place and in a central location. I know there are a lot of places in South Fremont but if you can recommend a good one please do so.

.Apple Store - I thought that we were getting one when they sold the 'Downtown Fremont' concept pre pandemic. I see they're still doing construction around that area but I have not heard about Apple Store coming there.
