FS Palm Beach

FS Palm Beach spa and pool deck are nice as the top responder said. The rooms are nice hard product as they were recently redone — but very small (3xx sq ft for a regular room). The soft product service etc are great. If you are looking at this your main question is do I want to stay at the Breakers and be in a better location for PB or be 5-8 mins away at the FS. IMO the FS Palm Beach is the better choice. The rooms are much worse quality at the Breakers, and the pool deck will likely be overrun and crowded despite you paying $1000-$1500/night for a regular room in season. Breakers has amazing common spaces and some F&B outlets. But the stay there is pretty average from a service and pool pov unless you are in the special Flagler area. Eau is a step down again from these, but on the water. They used to be a ritz but haven’t spent any money on capex. White Elephant in PB is horrible and even smaller regular rooms (2xx sq ft) and not on the water. You can get some nice rooms at the Brazilian Court or Colony but they really vary. (Also not on the water). The Ben in WPB is just ok , but the crowd can be very rough as Riviera Beach is close by (avoid Riviera Beach at all costs). Best FS in south Florida is the Surfside one and then Fort Lauderdale after that, but PB environment / town is much nicer.
