Hi all,

My company host 10 regional events per year, and we are looking for a better way to automate our event. Currently have CVENT for registration, another event app tool, and separate badge print/lead scanner. I know that CVENT has the full stack, but to me the price seems pretty crazy and I don't love the user interface. We are hoping to spend about $20-25K total for all 9 events. I want to automate a bit more and find someone that had all in one... hoping to glean some recommendation and insights from everyone!

The criteria:

  • Host multiple events (9-10 events wit about 300 people total per event)
  • Registration + ability to validate a credit card (we don't need to charge upon registration, only if person does not show up do we charge)
  • Lead scanning for vendors to network
  • Event app that allows you to network, showcase sponsors/exhibitors, rate sessions, vote
