Buying a lesson pony?

I’m interested in buying one of the lesson pony’s at my stables. Her name is Dophida, she’s around 6-7 years old. I’m an advanced rider, I’ve been around horses my entire life but only started taking lessons around 5 years ago. I’ve progressed quickly and I know how to jump 1m+, and I do jump that in my lessons. I’ve leased a couple of horses so I do know how to take care of them. At my stables, the monthly boarding fee to keep a horse is 1k, I make enough money monthly to always be able to ensure her a place if I do buy her. I’ve asked the owner of the stables and he said that she comes with all of her tack that is properly fitted for her and that to buy her, she’d be around 7.5k, so honestly not a lot. She jumps around 50-75cm most lessons but she clears them easily and has the potential to jump bigger. She’s the perfect size for me and (I don’t want to sound ridiculous saying this, but..) we’ve just clicked honestly, and I do feel like she likes me back. I don’t know if that sounds absolutely stupid because she’s a lesson horse, but in just a couple years I’ve grown to be very close to her, even though she isn’t mine. I’ve been saving up most of my spare money for vet bills, tack, all of that for the past few years and I have around 30k in the bank, and my parents would always be willing to pitch in if I needed any more money for vet bills. She doesn’t wear shoes and she’s in great condition. I’d obviously get a pre-purchase checkup to see if she is in good condition. And at the stables, the barn buys all the food, and does everything for your horse (apart from riding them) the horses all get a minimum of 4 hours in the paddock, it depends on what the owner wants. I’ve done a couple shows with her and she’s always a saint. Anyways, opinions?
