BiS neck for most rogue builds are 3 x Passive skills. This has none.

Yeah I’m aware of the BIS since I’m a rogue main. Honestly had no idea it was even worth anything I was gonna let it go for an easy 250m but first 3 offers were 500m, 1.5b and then 3b so I took the 3b ofc lmao
The one offering 3b for this probably doesn't know it's not bis but has money and is willing to pay so in the end it's ok.
