Eat watermelon after a workout because it has creatine and that puts fluid into and through your muscles and will cut out your soreness immediately.

The reason people use creatine for muscle growth is because it forces water in your muscles. It makes you swell up in whatever muscle is being used. In small amounts it just helps the muscles deal with dead cells from exercise so you don't get sore. Watermelon has a decent amount in it. Now... Using creatine in large amounts for muscle size hurts you in the long run because your body makes its own and just like using testosterone if your body gets lots of it it won't make its own because it doesn't need it. A little watermelon won't hurt but using testosterone will shrink your testicles because they don't need to do their job anymore because something else is doing it.
Grateful to not have balls in this case, tho I need to get my ass off the couch before any of this can be applied anyway. Thanks for the info!
