Started 2:1 (week three) today. Feeling discouraged but I know it takes time.
SW: 200 | CW: 196 | GW: 160 | F, age 22, 5’2
In my first week I lost 4 pounds, second week 0, and I know I have to be patient but I am feeling incredibly discouraged. I know everyone is different and it takes time, but when did yall see the most weight loss? I’d love some encouragement and to hear your stories.
Be patient! Weight loss is a journey and sure isn’t a race. I remind myself that the weight didn’t pile on overnight, and it isn’t going to fall off within weeks.
Focusing on changing habits and lifestyle should be the priority here.
