As a long-time gym rat I know what's gonna crush her, and everyone who sees it will know you're in the right, but for concise phrasing, you'll probably do a better job of that than me.

The reason it's so messed up to insult anyone's physique inside a gym is because that's the reason they're at the gym. They're actively trying to better themselves on that specific thing at the same moment that it's being criticized. That's like going to some kind of therapeutic group activity like alcoholics anonymous, narcotics anonymous, or some kind of rehabilitation center and insulting people for bad mental health traits. Like no fucking shit Scooby Doo. Why tf do you think I'm here??
The people you see in the gym who look like they were drawn by rule 34 artists are generally not as smug and critical as a newcomer would think, because most of them didn't look anything like that when they first went there.
Once you get fit enough that you're really comfortable with your body, it's a big morale boost. The workouts start to feel more like you're putting on a show. When it feels more like showing off than it does like work, it gets a lot easier to stick with it and keep your attendance good.
Not everyone who goes to the gym for the first time is SUPER insecure, it can be pretty mild, but once you start feeling that much better about it, by contrast it'll seem like you were really a mess at first. After that you'll start seeing yourself in beginners, and you'll respect the hell out of them, because you know how much harder it used to be when you weren't comfortable with your body. You might be more fit than them, but they're working harder than you. Mentally.
When you meet a gym goer who doesn't see anything wrong with doing what she's doing, that means they didn't earn what they have. Some people are just hot by default. Sure, they might be going to the gym 5 days a week, but they're just power walking for 20 minutes and leaving. If someone's pornstar hot when that's all they're doing, the gym membership is not what got them there.
Don't get me wrong. They don't need to apologize for their own natural gifts, it wouldn't be fair to hold that against them. Whatever advantages someone's born with is their birthright. They didn't earn it, but it is theirs to utilize. Finding fault with that is just as unfair as condemning someone for their natural disadvantages. They're not their fault, but they are their responsibility.
BUT having said that, a naturally gifted person has a responsibility to understand that's what's going on, and adjust their humility accordingly. They can enjoy what they have without being a cocky douche about it. Pride and shame should be reserved for things that happen as a result of decisions.
