Does anyone here remember a graffiti/street artist/whatever you want to call him who used to put up white/black wheat paste pictures around town like 2011-2014 or so? More info in body below

They were all over, and usually portraits of local folks. He had red hair and was always wearing those little bike hats. I remember he posted that he was moving to Atlanta or somewhere around mid-2010s. I can picture him but can’t remember his name at all, so just curious if anyone remembered him or his work, and maybe he has an Instagram I can look up.
