I have been curing this leg for over 2 years now after watching the “2 guys and a cooler” video. I started 2 legs at the same time. Had one last year for thanksgiving and it was fantastic. However my chamber died this year so I had this hanging in for about 8 months in the coolest part of my house aka pantry. What is the communities thoughts on edibility of this hunk?
Wouldn’t touch anything with black mould. Definitely read up on it
