Mindfulness-based CBT, DBT skills, ego state therapy, Brainspotting, and EMDR. Taking Naltrexone helped to rid me of dissociation.
Edit: Seeing this again 2 years later😅 I want to clarify, Naltrexone did not "rid" me of dissociation, but it did help make it less intense/automatic at times. I could still go there when I needed to. Hope this helps.

I know this is the exact opposite of what you asked, but of all the talking therapies, life management skills, and medications I have been on, I would definitely swerve all of the benzodiazapine class of drug for any related anxiety or sleep disorders. The severity of the long-term effects on my GABA receptors after coming off them has been devastating.
