I’ve noticed that people who are considered to be of the INFP personality type tend to be traumatized and/or suffering from certain mood/personality disorders. Some characteristics of this personality type align with some typical characteristics of being traumatized: being imaginative + getting lost in daydreams, emotional sensitivity, longing for deep connection, and a strong desire to help others.

Have any of you taken the test and got INFP? Do you think it’s accurate? More specifically, do you know if you’re considered an INFP-A or INFP-T? And, in general, do you think this personality type is a result of a traumatic upbringing?

If you haven’t taken the test and are curious, you can take it here :)
