Countering smoke grenades?

Is there a way to counter the smoke grenades or see in it?

It’s a cool tactic to throw a smoke grenade when you go down or simply to distract the opponent and reduce visibility.

However, when you’re the one trying to kill a team is there anything you can use or do to increase the visibility or basically nullify the smoke?
