Scab with hair fell off my cat, already got a deworming treatment, should I still go get antibiotics and is this a sign that the treatment didn't work?

I would definitely take your kitty to the vet. This happened with my 7 month old boy. He had 3 little clumps come out with it 24 ish hours and wasn’t healing well over the course of a week or so. When I took him to the vet the doc was concerned that he wasn’t able to heal that well. Found out that he was very anemic and tested positive for FelV and was unfortunately on the brink of death. Was an uphill battle for a month giving him steroids and antibiotics but were able to get his red blood cell count up in a normal range. I’m not saying that this is what is happening to your cat BUT small things like this, especially recurring and if your cat is already on meds, could be a sign of something else going on.
