Great progress! I’m working on trying to get in similar shape, currently 5’4/150. I’ve lost some weight/body fat and gained muscle, but still got a way to go to 135ish. Thanks for the motivation.
One of the saving graces of being so short is the illusion of a bit of muscle looking bigger on your frame! My friends who are into fitness can't believe I weigh so little
