This is Dave a 10 month old bearded dragon who is my absolute bestie. He lives in a 4ft Viv and He has 2 salads a day and about 4-5 worms every other day I’m trying to slow the worms down, but it’s a miracle as he never used to eat salads now he eats his whole salad everyday.
Given that he’s still young and filling out his body, I don’t think he’s overweight and it’s ok for him to eat what you’re feeding him now. His weight will increase rapidly over the course of the next 6 months to a year. Maybe in about 8 months or so, definitely scale back on the amount you are feeding him (and definitely cut back on the worms haha).

Yes, he’s a chonker 😆 I recommend dubia roaches if accessible to you. Not sure which worms you’re feeding him but they’re usually fed as treats.
I can see the love you put into his home 🥹 One suggestion that I have is to make sure you secure the light bulb so that it’s not exposed and he can’t bump into it. I know that my little dude can jump high enough, so my lamps are in a dome on top of some metal mesh.
Anyway, I like the plants you put in/around his tank, livens it up :)
