Hi all,

Last year, an investor bought a house in my neighborhood, and transformed it into (what I thought) was an AirBnB. They built a pickleball court in the back yard, and ever since I can hear groups playing pickleball with loud music / cheering. I can hear this even inside my house. It's been well documented how disruptive Pickleball noise can be.

I found the owners cell phone number via city records and gave him a call to ask if he could tell his guests to respect the neighborhood and keep it down. He told me he wasn't going to do anything because he didn't want bad reviews, and that I should be happy because his renovation "made the neighborhood better".

I found the AirBnB listing, but also discovered that the court is listed on Swimply (EDIT: link removed) for rental, and he even has it listed as a "private exclusive" court that takes reservations here (EDIT link removed). They also have an Instagram (EDIT: link removed).

What can I do? The city said they'll send someone out, but they can only do something if they witness a violation.
