Does anyone know where to find the list of merchants available I can’t find it anywhere

Select "Shop" and then there should be an Orange button for the partners. You have to give them your credit card number but not the expiration and CVC code.
I am unable to see this it might be because I am on iOS but if I hit the settings in top left I am still able to connect my card and i have
Hm I'm on Android so I hope someone else can direct you better. There are 5 listed for me and you have to "Accept" the merchant after connecting your card to get rewards. So it doesn't seem to just work anytime. The ones I show are Auntie Anne's (pretzel place), Speedway(gas station), Sonic(drive thru restaurant) and 2 others I can't even remember right now.
I'd log in and tell you but I'm having similar login issues as others have recently.
Edit: Moe's (Mexican fast food) and Jimmy John's (sub sandwich shop) are the other two
