That’s the thing though I eat 2-4 slices of Ezekiel bread every day. LOTS of fiber. I rarely have problems passing the load but apparently it’s pretty solid and doesn’t make the bend in the S-trap well.
The issue may be lack of fluids. Fiber can form a hard ball if you do not drink alot of water all day. Also, adding a colace can help.
I’ve been working on my water intake but so far it doesn’t seem to help.
It's the fruit and vegetables that do the trick
Well my diet is a bit low on fruit and veg. A nice apple tends to soften up the logs a bit.
