Only feed them frozen/junk/snack food and drinks their entire life. 95% of my diet consisted of hot pockets, chips, ice cream, kid cuisines, etc. because my parents couldn't bother to cook. This led to me not eating hardly any vegetables, I couldn't touch water without gagging, and it turned me into a binge eater, which I still deal with at almost 30 yrs old. I've been morbidly obese since I was 5 and it's hell.
I don't mean FORCING them to eat things they genuinely don't like, but they have to at least try everything. Home cooked meals rule!! Cooking is a great skill to have as an adult, and trying new things can be fun, even if you don't end up liking it.
I never want my kids to have to battle with their weight and the physical and mental burden it puts on you.
