everyone, just curious—are energy drinks really that bad for you? I'm a 21-year-old male, about 183 cm (6 feet) and 95 kg (210 lbs). I drink 1-2 energy drinks a day and usually get around 8 hours of sleep. I'm not taking any medication, but I do regularly smoke marijuana. Are there any significant health risks I should be aware of? Also, do the zero sugar ones make any difference? Thanks!
