Over at Tesla its certainly been a brutal month with 10% of its workforce being laid off in several cycles. Employees have taken to checking their emails every Monday morning to find out if they still have jobs. One of the more conversial layoffs was Elon axing the whole 500 person EV charging team along with its head, Rebecca Tinucci, after she met with Elon to express her opposition to the magnitude of the layoffs. A move that the financial and automotive industry experts saw as absolutely crazy.

Apparently Elon is now walking his decision back and trying to rehire some executives and employees and promising to invest $500 million in EV charging. If you were laid off/axed and your employer asked you back would you go back? What do you think of those that do? Or about employers that do?
