4. In cases where discovery challenges a major paradigm, there must be evidence grounded in historical and linguistic academia presented in a respectful way with a focus on correcting the scientific understanding and not inciting cultural disputes for its own sake.

5. Archeology is the study of old to ancient cultures. For example: Dinosaurs while fascinating are not usually considered archeology and unless someone painted a dinosaur bone or etched their runes into it or something, it probably would be better to go to /r/Paleontology

6. If your account or posts violate the overall Reddit TOS already, that's a no go. 

7. If your username is ironically offensive and not what you actually believe but was something you wrote as a 12 year old edgelord or if your beliefs may have changed please profess that clearly to the mods and be prepared for a special tag explaining this.

8. If you would like to add something to your flair like your degree, profession, etc, please send proof via mod message or PM

9. Identification posts require thorough background details.
Where was it found? Who did you get it from? What specific city, region, country? How deep in the ground? What does it weigh? Is it magnetic? Radioactive? Is it from a dig site? Did you find it at the market? Are you a smuggler? I don't care, I'm not the police. Just let us know the background story.

10. No Damaging Artifacts or Removing Them From Country of Origin Without Permission!

Do NOT under any circumstances cut, crack, break, any artifact to try and identify its makeup outside of a museum laboratory setting. Artifacts that appear to be mishandled or removed improperly are NOT eligible to be posted here. You will be tagged for any violations so others will know what you did in case they want to investigate your account to report you to authorities.

Does anyone where this dates back from? I know it’s a coin from the Malay archipelago with some Islamic connotations but that’s all.
