What’s your favorite cicada recipe?

I cooked some up once. I put them in the freezer to kill them (I still feel bad). Then peeled off legs n wings. Made a breadcrumb mixture n fried them in olive oil. It took all I had to take the first bite. They tasted like mushrooms. I used to be afraid of them but not anymore. I liked the texture and flavor n I’d do it again.
